Metal Pre-treatment corrosion protection & cleaning

ADbond 100 (0634) is a carefully formulated liquid iron phosphate cleaner. It has been formulated to simultaneously degrease and phosphate mild steel components prior to painting operations.

ADbond 200 (0635) is a combined cleaner/Zirconium-based Pre-treatment chemical which when diluted in warm water will simultaneously degrease and form a protective Zirconium conversion coating on aluminium, zinc and steel surfaces. It imparts a significantly greater durability to total systems on steels than conventional single stage cleaner/coaters. It is especially designed for Immersion systems.

ADbond 201 (0642) is a combined cleaner/Zirconium-based Pre-treatment chemical which when diluted in warm water will simultaneously degrease and form a protective Zirconium conversion coating on aluminium, zinc and steel surfaces. It imparts a significantly greater durability to total systems on steels than conventional single stage cleaner/coaters. It can be used by Spray (Line or Chamber/Washing machine) or Immersion systems.

ADseal 100 (0637) Is a rinse inhibitor for Ferrous metals.

ADseal 100 is added to a final rinse after cleaning, de-rusting or iron phosphating, to inhibit rust staining during slow drying-off. It can provide temporary corrosion inhibition and It evaporates at approximately the same rate as water leaving virtually no residue, allowing the parts to be further processed or over-painted.

Metal Cleaning

ADclean NE103 (0636) A nitrite-free, concentrated detergent additive for ADBOND phosphate systems and neutral liquid cleaner developed to replace alkali and emulsion cleaners in single or multiple stage power washers, combining a carefully balanced, low foam synthetic detergent system produces excellent cleaning characteristics.

ADclean CC105 (1232) Is a Heavy duty industrial cleaner blend of alkalies and organic surfactants, with controlled foam levels.

ADclean AC200 (1133) A strongly acidic liquid product which when diluted with warm water will quickly remove plant scale and is particularly effective in hard water areas.

Corrosion protection and closed circuit flushing

ADhib CH1 (0450) A low toxicity multi-metal neutral pH corrosion inhibitor. Excellent corrosion control for most common metals of construction including steel, cast iron, copper, brass and aluminium.

ADclean MP 109 is Ideal for use by spray or power wash applications, and contains a corrosion inhibitor system designed to prevent attack on sensitive metals such as zinc and aluminium and also provide protection after processing. The product also incorporates efficient water conditioners even in hard water areas so that performance is maintained.

ADflush 100 has a unique wetting action to penetrate, loosen and dissolve corrosion deposits, , and mobilises other sludges in the system. The product is Non corrosive and suitable for multi-metal systems including those containing aluminium.
